Everything goes to one address: info@complidar.com. A human reads it.
What to include
Support on a scan or report: include the scan ID from your report header and the domain you scanned. We can trace every finding from there.
Agencies and portfolios: tell us how many sites you manage and whether you need consolidated reporting. Monitoring pricing is per-site; portfolio arrangements are quoted.
Fix It For Me quotes: run the free scan first if you can. The quote is built from what the scan actually finds, not from a generic menu.
Before you email
“Is the scan really free?” Yes. The preview (violation count, severity breakdown, estimated liability range) costs nothing and needs no account. And if a paid audit surfaces nothing above our confidence threshold, it’s free under the Zero-Findings Guarantee.
“Can you scan a site I don’t own?” Only with the owner’s explicit authorization. It’s in the terms and it’s the law.
“Is this legal advice?” No. Reports are automated diagnostics to bring to your attorney. The disclaimer explains how to read them.
Reporting a security issue
If you believe you’ve found a vulnerability in Complidar itself, email info@complidar.com with “security” in the subject line and enough detail to reproduce it. Please don’t test against other customers’ scans or data. We scan websites for a living and read disclosure reports the way we’d want ours read: carefully and without shooting the messenger.
Most questions start with what the scan finds.
