Does an accessibility overlay make my site ADA compliant?
No tool (overlay or scanner, theirs or ours) makes a site compliant by itself, and courts look at whether real users can actually use the site. Sites running overlays have continued to be named in ADA lawsuits, which is why serious accessibility work eventually reaches the source code.
